A Not So Ordinary Experience of Electro/Acoustic Pop Rock Crossing Pluto is comprised of four very talented Portland area musicians. Formed by singer/songwriter Anthany Beasley (Ponder This, Rich Man’s Burden, Embra) and guitarist/ recording engineer Mike Schaadt (The Feel, Flaverpak, Embra, The Manimals, Scott Gallegos) in 2006, the band is looking forward to making their mark on the local and national music scene. The band has assembled an artistically solid line up of musicians that will be releasing their first full length album in early 2008. By fusing elements of rock and pop with the deep lyrical content of the traditional singer/songwriter, Crossing Pluto’s music is accessible to a very wide demographic of today’s listeners. Crossing Pluto’s recorded music and live performances are an inspired vision shared by four members that will move people’s feet, engage the mind, and warm the coldest of souls. With literally countless live shows behind every member in the band, the audience is assured of a fantastic evening at any size of venue.
