Biography

Call It a Getaway came together in January of 2007 after almost 3 years in the making. Kevin, Art, and Steve (ex-the ruined) wrote endlessly during this time under the name "On The Trigger" trying to find a definitive style for the band, and tried out many singers along the way that didn't work out in the end. Finally they found Bryan (ex-anex) in early 2007, who Art had known almost his whole life, and he fit into the band perfectly. What would soon come out of this new collaboration is simply put as straight out heart felt rock n' fuckin roll. Their new demo "We're Fine When We're Nothing" is currently available in the DFJams Store.
